after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.
How to fix this?

Personally, I think that people trying to help here were just that - trying to help. We only have <500 replies here - so a small sample of what was actually going on I would assume. But what pees me off is Samsung's silence and their advice. I can understand that Samsung could not have known when the first half dozen or so reports came in what the issue was. But it must have become apparent quite early given 1) The timing (ie after a rollout), 2) Device being affected, 3) Symptoms - that they had a rollout issue (especially as they had already had a rollout issue that stopped the rollout earlier in the year). Just reading the replies here, Samsung were advising hardware repairs, cache clearing, identifying apps etc . The knowledge that the upper management must have had didn't seem to filter down to their tech support and contact centres - so naff advice was still being given to users after they knew they had a problem. To me then 'piper's' (a user) advice and comments pale into insignificance compared to Samsung's own actions.

Hi,
I had all the symptoms listed hereby on my A14. Frozen screeen, applis (telephone, ...), almost not usable. I moved back my SIM on my S10E. But I keep the A14 on power pour seeee if something arrives. And it seems that the bugs are all gone !
I was not asked for an update so what could it be ?
