Samsung A14 5G touchscreen doesn't work anymore after update to One UI 7.0

after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore. 

How to fix this?

An update was released yesterday that should fix it. Check for a system update

I have exactly the same problem. I hope they fix it quickly, otherwise I think I'll have to buy a new one. And I don't think it will be a Samsung😞.
