after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.

How to fix this?

Same prob, touch screen periodically doesn't work, can't answer calls either when this happens, totally unresponsive then working fine a few mins later ... not being able to answer or make calls is a massive problem for me ... phone was working fine until this latest update.

Soft reset

Press and hold the Power key until the Samsung logo appears then release.

A number of A14 users are reporting issues. As a budget device it may be struggling with the memory needed.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I too am having problems with a frozen screen and not able to answer calls after this latest update. All was fine PRIOR to it! Not happy.

Next time i will buy a motorola or fairphone i think (don't care about AI features, etc)... The Oneui7 update affect the A14 (touchscreen, etc), but also some S24 (battery life, ...). Two phone, two problems ... Enough ..
