A52s 5g stopped accepting the PIN

Hey everyone,

I have a A52s 5g for 3 years with no complains until now. I restarted my phone and it just stopped accepting my PIN to unlock the phone. 
I saw that more people have had this problem. I tried the soft reset with no luck. 

I really don't want to perform a factory reset until I save the last photos of my dog before she passed away.

Any tricks for saving this images? Google photos was not synchronizing automatically ... I can't connect to my computer without unlocking the screen. I even tried the ADB commands but since I never used it before it also didn't work. 

Samsung what should I do? I can't just do a factory reset
I had the fingerprint unlock active, but the PIN is necessary after the restart

It shouldn't be physically possible for the PIN to change without some interference... strange. Hopefully, it is a case of remembering or it was changed at some point. *not saying it was, but seems out of logic for how locks work for phones

Without a backup, there's absolutely no way around this. Other platforms such as overdrive/ amazon
