Hi,

I can't seem to find my most recent downloads although histrionic ones are under My Files. The document I've just downloaded has gone to my default location wherever that is. Any ideas please?

have you checked the documents folder in My Files? if it was a Microsoft document, and you have ms word on your device, it'll be in there, likely.
