Phone stuck a loop - Galaxy A5.

Hello my phone is a samsung galaxy a5 2017. It would be great to get some tips on how to rescue my phone! Yesterday morning I turned on the voice assistant and my phone then started to behave in a really unhelpful way. Now I cannot even get past the home screen. It says to input my pin -then tap twice to activate. When I tap twice unwanted numbers come up in the box and then instantly the screen goes dark and says 'screen turned off' 'lockscreen'. Going round and round in circles. Any tips greatly appreciated.

Hello, Yes I think  I do! But not sure. Will give it a go.

I can't use the find my phone - it says my phone is offline. I cannot get into it to change any settings. The screen keeps turning off before I can get anywhere.

Does the phone has enough battery when that happens?
