A70 random factory reset..

My A70 suddenly locked up while listening to music on bluetooth.  It was frozen on the 'samsung' screen. I held the 2 side buttons (which was the only option) and it did a factory reset. It was like it just came out of the box and I lost everything.  Any idea why and how to prevent this from happening again?

it this happens again please contact any of the Community Moderators or myself before factory resetting the phone so we can find what is causing the issue and advise you further.
