In the end my solution for this problem was very simple. I've disabled Microsofts To-Do app permissions to send me notifications even when battery saver is on. The screen freeze stopped after that.
My screen freezes and then a rainbow colored line is across the screen. Sometimes it's a small line and Sometimes it's less than half the screen then I must force restart it
I did do that. It doesn't happen all the time. I doubt it's the motherboard. Alot of people say it's either a virus or it counts be software but I don't have the money to take it to get flashed etc
