My phone screen is freeze(about 3-4 sec) after unlock by fingerprint.

This happens often. My phone is A53 5G - 8/128. I bought it on May 5.

Android updated till latest version(13).

Hi. How do you install the one ui and what must you type to find it. My a53 is also freezing and reboots

In the end my solution for this problem was very simple. I've disabled Microsofts To-Do app permissions to send me notifications even when battery saver is on. The screen freeze stopped after that.

My screen freezes and then a rainbow colored line is across the screen.  Sometimes it's a small line and Sometimes it's less than half the screen then I must force restart it

I think that this is a complete different issue, not related to the one I had. Maybe you can try to reset your phone to factory settings.

I did do that. It doesn't happen all the time. I doubt it's the motherboard.  Alot of people say it's either a virus or it counts be software but I don't have the money to take it to get flashed etc

One UI is a file like an app file. Installing it is as easy as a click.

If you reinstall your phone one UI and the problem exists, bring your phone to a sumsung center to flash it.

What is the version of your phone one UI?

It is not a hardware problem. It is a software problem.

It is one UI 6.1. I TRIED TO INSTALL THE ONE UI APK AND IT SAID NOT INSTALLED. PLEASE HELP

Find your one UI version from your phone settings/ about phone. Then from a reliable website download the file.

I recommend you to go to a sumsung center and ask the to flash your phone.

My one ui version is 6.1. What reliable site can I get it from
