My A34 5G has suddenly started unlocking itself in my pocket. I've found it open to various apps and sites and almost made an emergency call a few times! I didn't change any settings prior to this happening. Accidental Touch Protection is enabled. Lift To Wake is disabled. I disabled Double Tap to Wake, which worked for a few days but it's now started unlocking again. I have my phone set to only unlock with fingerprint or pincode, so really not sure why this is happening. Please help!

That's not good @tsam 😐

If you perform a forum search you should find existing threads with some further help within.

Also try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Mine is also unlocking into pocket. Did you find the root cause? Have you fixed it?

Thanks
