How is it possible that in my pocket, locked device, Samsung Health opens and the phone calls my mother? Also, in the list of called numbers, she was not at the top. There were no other active apps at the time.

It's a sign to make mum TOP priority again ❤.

Lots of scenarios this can happen.

1. Always ON Bibby or Gemini will pick up your voice and dial the number if you have set up voice to work with lock screen.

2. If you are like me with hands in your pocket it might somehow activated and scrolled to mum's phone.

Also is it just a one off or happening quite often?

I do have the 1st scenario now and then due to the voice assistants picking up something while I'm talking.
