Also may I ask where you purchased the phone from 🤔 

Samsung UK do not sell locked to a network phones. 

If you purchased from another auction / selling site such as eBay etc then you may want to arrange a return.

Sounds like you bought a cheap phone that is locked to a specific network/sim. I've seen this in the US a lot. Short answer is you can't.

Long answer is the phone is cheap because you have to use that sim and carrier, guaranteeing them money. The only way would be to contact the provider of the sim and see if they will unlock your device. Though they probably won't
