Hi,ive been trying to move files from phone to my pc via usb,but all my phone does is charge ? Never had this before with other galaxy phones ,how do I solve this...thanks

It sounds like your cable only charges the phone and doesn't sync data. Are you using the USB C to USB C cable that came with the A54.

Yes I am,I've got loads of usb cables and they are all the same,my cable works on my a71
