Locked out of A73

Hi, 

I am locked out of my A73. I can't remember my pattern lock/ it is not being recognised. I have biometrics for fingerprint and face recognition available, however, it is not showing up on my locked screen anymore. 

How do I unlock my phone without factory reset?

Due to Samsung's high-quality privacy and security system, as far as I'm aware, there isn't a way to regain access to the mobile without a complete wipe of all data on the phone. This is to prevent theft and of course, to protect people's personal data, pictures, messages, etc., from being leaked.
