My phone screen is freeze(about 3-4 sec) after unlock by fingerprint.

This happens often. My phone is A53 5G - 8/128. I bought it on May 5.

Android updated till latest version(13).

Reinstall its one UI.

The problem for me was the Microsoft To Do app. Restricting or disabling it solves the problem.

Be sure to install the Microsoft app from Google play. If so, once try to put this app in deep sleep. If the problem exists, reinstall your One UI.

Thursday, January 2nd, 2025, this happened to me twice. Friday, January 3rd, 2025, this happened to me several times until my phone just wouldn't turn on at all.

I was forced to buy a new phone as the phone has zero function. I tried holding power button for up to a minute, power + volume down, power + volume up, volume up + volume down, and removed the Sim for a minute. Nothing has given in to make it reboot.

Never an issue previously.

When I first purchased the phone in 2022 my issue was with using Bluetooth headsets and sounding like a robot. Through one of the updates that was no longer an issue.
