Help with apps

There's a app called CUSTOMISATION SERVICE, I don't use it & was wondering can I uninstall this app or is it part of my phone , 

Some help would be very appreciated thanks

It's a system app. You can neither uninstall or disable it.

You can deselect apps that you don't want to be customised or toggle off the service completely.
