A14 phone update

Can anyone PLEASE help. Since the last update my phone has deleated contacts. Forgotten words I use all the time, mainly forgotten saved passwords. Now that last bit has really really messed my life up. I seriously want to go back. I hate this last update. I've not got access to loads of daily apps. Mainly sweat wallet I have worked my feet off these last 3 years to gain steps to convert into coins, into free stuff. The coins are worth money. I can not get in to my 1000s of coins. As its wiped my not re setable password. The app owner can't help. I don't get notifications on messages anymore either. What's gone on.

If you've got a recent back up stored in the Samsung Cloud then install that. If you were backing up your contacts and passwords to Google, then just add your Google account to the phone and these should become available immediately.

Or head to settings> general management >passwords, passkey, and autofill. Choose your preferred service.

For notifications follow this

Settings>Notifications >Advanced settings >Manage notification catagories for each app. Toggle that ON.

Then goto
Settings>Notifications >App notifications. Tap on each and all of the apps you want to assign sounds to. Tap 'Notification catagories' and toggle on each catagory as appropriate.
To assign a sound to each catagory then just tap on each one and tap 'Sound'. Choose a sound.
