Every so often, my 5G cuts off, signal cuts out entirely as though no sim was inserted, and the sound stops working.
Only started around a week ago, and has only gotten worse after the last software update.I use my phone with a blood glucose sensor, so having all connections cutting off intermittently isn't ideal.
Have ran hardware diagnostics and there are no hardware issues, all tests passed. Is it a bad update from Samsung causing this? I'd rather not have to switch to a different brand phone, but I need one that's reliable which this one has been for the half year prior to this.

I've had no problems with the A25 5G since the update. Could it be your service provider which is the problem? Check their website to see if there are any signal problems

No problems on that end; the network is up, I've replaced my main 3 Network sim card, and tried my secondary EE sim, but the issue keeps happening.
I've even removed the sim entirely and it keeps dropping my sound and bluetooth connections without the sim in.
It's only been a problem for the past two software updates, before that it was fine. But I can't even roll them back.

Horrible update lead to complete loss of the phone sound...keeps in headphones mode all the time. Nothing helped, nor reset preferences, cleaning the jack and similar bulshit recommendations. It's 100% software glitch....so disappointed from SSNG...next phone will be other. Farewell to them. RIP SANSONK
