A21s issues.

I have two problems on my A21s.

1. Suddenly on start up my A21s doesn't open on the Homepage but opens on page 3 of apps. Worked perfectly fine until approx 4 weeks ago. I've tried a load of suggestions with no luck. How can I change it back to open on Homepage. 

2. Same mobile. I use two different sets of Bluetooth earbuds to listen to and watch music and videos. For some reason  both pairs have stopped working on Facebook .Earbuds works fine on everything else it's just Facebook. Again I tried lots of suggestions with no luck what's so ever.

With reference to issue 1, are you using a 3rd party loader or customisation?

Can you please elaborate in regards to what troubleshooting steps you've already taken so Members are not replying with steps you may have already tried.

@Beeeman: When you shut down or restart your phone, are you doing so via the Apps screen? If you head to Settings > Home screen > Home screen layout, is this set to 'Home and Apps screens'?

Sorry I'm not tech minded what do you mean by 3rd party leader and custmisation.

Followed your instructions. Display- Show Apps on Home screen - Yes. Is this what you meant?

Long press on empty part of your homescreen. Swipe across to your desired page so it's centre of screen. Tap the 'House' icon at top.
