Because of priority mode during gaming, i am not getting ringtine to receive calls. How can I set on/off that priority mode so that I can hear ringtone to answer it ? Thank you.

Hey @bishnu ,

you may be using the Game Launcher, which stops you from receiving any disturbance during a game so you can focus. To turn this off head into the phone Settings> Advanced features> Game launcher.

Alternatively, you can check the Notifications settings for this by launching the Game Launcher> Menu (3 vertical lines on the top left)> Settings (cog icon)> Notifications.
