I use my A34 almost exclusively at home because I'm housebound with illness, and connect to the internet via wifi. The phone is great except for one big problem: about half the time after I wake the phone, it will disconnect from the wifi and start using mobile data instead. I have to keep turning off wifi and switching it on again to make it reconnect.
I have tried multiple solutions. I've reset my router. I've made my phone forget the wifi network and reconnect to it. I've selected static IP. None of this works. It's very frustrating and I'm thinking of returning it unless I can solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

@nicky2024 I bought a34 5g 2 months ago for my wife, I can tell this is a nightmare since the phone drops the wifi all the time, all other devices are fine ,a52 and galaxy tab included. I tried everything but nothing seems to fix the problem. I will try to connect it to a wifi extender and not on router directly, if this fail ,I will kick it on the garbage bin. It's not only the money , 2 months now I spent a lot of time on this shitty phone and my wife is upset. You know what they are saying, happy wife happy life. So I guess this is the last time I buy Samsung since my a52 has unsolved flickering screen problems.

Samsung make great high end phones but battle to compete in the low and middle end against the Chinese competition. They have obviously cut corners on this and other models to meet a pricing objectives with a result of hardware based problems that seem to be unfixable via firmware updates. What really irritates me is they are not admitting the problem exists and I would have expected a lot more from a brand name like Samsung. My suggestion is return your phone if you can and get a Galaxy S series or go for another brand.
