Why I can't use wifi on my phone?

I checked all my settings and my phone is updated.

Is your flight mode turned on? Whay happens when you try using the WiFi?

Simple test. Do you have access to another sim? If so try swapping the sim and then you'll know if it's the sim.

@samkhales: What happens when you attempt to connect to a Wi-Fi network via Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi? Do you get any error messages or notifications? Is the issue persistent, or is it only applicable to certain Wi-Fi networks?
