Have issues with WiFi in shops and cafe

When using free WiFi this is fine but after the phone has saved 5 networks phone says that it cannot connect to the WiFi, but when I delete 3 or more connections the phone will connect to WiFi.

Any help to fix this issue would be great.

@Apache060: Please try restarting your device, then head to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings. Please be aware that this process will also reset any personal settings for Bluetooth and Mobile Data.

have done what you told me but now when I first connect to the free WIFI in shops or cafes this is fine, but when I go back next time and try to connect to their free WIFI the phone won't connect to their WIFI, have to delete the connection on the phone to use the there connection again.
