First few voices are too loud in outcoming calls - A13

Just bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy A13 and I'm having an issue. Whenever I call someone, let's say I call person X and X answers, the first few words that X says are too loud like said on a speaker but the speaker is off. After 3-4 seconds pass, the voice is back to normal. I tried formatting the phone but the problem still persists. What could cause this? Is there a way to fix it?

I bought a galaxy A13has a few problems with the text to speech accessibility
I took the phone back to the store and they had it fixed within 20 minutes. Great job dude was really helpful
