Bluetooth issues

I can't connect my Phonax hearing ***** via Bluetooth to my new Samsung A53 phone. I had no problems with my Galaxy 8. Help please.

I don't see why it doesn't connect - what happens when you try it? Do you get an error, is the device not showing etc. ?
