How long has it been happening for?
Any software update available?
Have you spoken to your network provider to see any issues?

I would recommend also doing diagnostic via members app by clicking support, and look for phone diagnostic and click relevant test you want to carry out IE Microphone.

Failing all of this, call Samsung Technical support and do troubleshooting. If there is an issue with phone, then book in repair.
