No Voice Calls

Hi, I received a call today from an 0800 number and couldn't hear the caller. After thus, I've been unable to make or receive voice calls on the Phone App. Text messages and WhatsApp calls are fine and everything else works as expected.

I've been through all the steps in the Samsung help guide apart from Factory Reset but still have the problem.

I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this.

They have been reports today that the 3 network is down due to an outage.

Thanks but everything except voice calls is working fine.
