Can't make or receive calls on a35

I had my a35 phone for 3 months and can't make it receive calls

Same with s21

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone, and then see what happens. 

If calls work OK which rules out a sim card issue or mast congestion or mast issues then reset the network settings via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

There is also a diagnostic test tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

dont follow anything from band of brothers, i had problems had to go to samsung shop and i showed samsung people what he said and they said that person is giving out wrong information

call into your network provider

All sorted and working it was an issue with my network provider
