Advanced battery stats on android 13?

Samsung is about to release battery cycle count and battery health info in settings with android 15 oneui 7. But for some reason I have this on my a23 5g on android 13 oneui 5.1. Is this rare?

I have A22 5G which is also on Android 13, One UI 5.1, it doesn't have those stats.

I also have A25 5G which is on Android 14, One UI 6.1, it also doesn't have those stats.

Have you had a recent update on your phone?
