@OldMikeE: To troubleshoot the issue, please start by pressing the Volume Down and Side Keys together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the device and address any temporary issues. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings.
You should also make sure that your device is up to date by heading to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.
Following these steps, please head back to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the cog symbol to the right of your hearing aids, select 'Unpair', toggle Bluetooth off, then on again, and run through the connection process once again. Alternatively, head to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Hearing aid support > Hearing aid compatibility > On > Bluetooth hearing aids (tap to connect) > Follow the on-screen prompts.
Once you have completed the connection process, head back to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the 3 dots to the right of the hearing aids > Check here to see if Calls and Media can be toggled on.
