Hi. Help needed.
Why does my A52s 5g not complete a software update. This is the first update since I got the phone. I download the update ok but when installing it reaches 25% and then a warning exclamation mark appears. The phone restarts and I get the message 'software update not completes. Contact Samsung serbice'
Any help would be appreciated.

I also have this issue. I've never had problems with updates using smartphone from other manufacturers. My first smartphone from Samsung and such a big disappointment. Is there any fix for this issue? Does anybody got some response from Samsung support?

Same problem here too. Even tried with wiping cache and repairs. Not useful. Samsung need to look into this and do the needful. kindly give new security patch update as old patch contains some bug.. Hope its done at the earliest.

<span;>I visited Samsung's service today. I was told that they can upload this patch or new software but before that I should do a data backup because doing so will completely wipe the phone. The phone is used at work so I was not prepared for it. I really regret that Samsung has not noticed the problem for two months.

Same with mine gets to 25% its a joke my nearest service center is 40mile away 🙈

I had the same problem, but i figured it out. Download the smart switch app to a pc or a mac, connect your phone, and click upgrade software. It works.

Has this process reset your device to factory settings or has all data on the phone been kept?
