Updated phone and now things have disappeared so sought assistance from smart tutor but as I cannot access smart tutor whilst on the phone to them then this was a total waste of time. Also used to have 2 arrows at the bottom of my screen and one in the middle, now only have one arrow on bottom right which is apparently the home screen button so whilst on the phone I was asked to press this so should have brought up my apps including the smart tutor app which of course it doesnt do now as doesnt go to anything. What a complete shambles the software update has been for me.
