What's up with SIM data refreshing? I reset my network settings but what is that supposed to do? A representative told me to run the Interactive Check through the Samsung members app but I couldn't find it. That was my final step. Did anyone try to run this Interactive Health Test on your Members App?

I have been told that it can be the SIM, so I ordered a new one but the problem still persists. I have been told the problem can lie in the phone - the sim carrier.
