Help me undo what have done please

I have done something and it locks after it has been off.  EDIT it only happens when apps are open otherwise it does not lock.

If this was my phone if I could see nothing in the preferences then I'd start by removing or disengaging any 3rd party themes and launchers.

As a very last resort back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset @Philfy

I think that's Easy mode, which can be disabled in the settings under display. I say this because everything looks really big which seems to be a feature of this mode

Problem solved.  Swipe from right hand dide if screen to thd left yo access settings
