The sound will really crack if you are using it at full volume in a long periods of time. If it still under warranty then try to have it checked

Your phone has built in troubleshooting tools.
One is accessed by launching your phone app and dialing *#0*#
The other is via your Samsung Members App, GetHelp and Diagnostics.
A Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre will also be able to help.
