May I assume your sim card works fine in another phone.
And the speaker is free from any build up of debris.
Your phone has a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
Please run this to see if anything is highlighted.
Your possible next step would be to have the phone assessed by a Samsung Service Centre.
I assume the phone hasn't been accidentally bumped / dropped or had water ingress so that it's covered under the 2 year warranty.
