clear cashe for A21s

hi i need some help to clear cashe for A21s i have 30GB of storage taken up in internal storage and want to get rid of it because i can not get any photos on my phone for any apps because i don't have any storage left.

1st , you need to find out what is " eating up" your space ...
Locate "device care" on your phone and go to :
Storage ->Advanced ->Internal storage

you can also use the file manager to explore the folders in your phone. to see if there are any downloaded files just sitting there...

hi i have got to that stage and the biggest is at 9.5gb on system memory.

Well...you can't really do much about "system memory " as the android OS takes up quite a chunk of space. What I can tell you is that Samsung phones come with plenty of pre-installed bloatware ...apps that you probably don't need. I for one I have uninstalled / disabled pretty much all of them. However, you don't have this option for every app. Here are few tips for you :
- don't just uninstall an app ; clear its cache & data first
- if you can, use a 64 GB or bigger micro SD card
- next phone , aim for at least a 64 GB internal memory ( i will always choose a phone from galaxy S or Note series )
