Acquiring a new A21s with Android 11, I find that I cannot install one app that works perfectly in Android10 in a A20e. All other apps work on both phones.
Have tried Smart Switch transfer between the phones. Have tried the whole Samsung suggested app un-install, install, clear cache and data, and un-install, install Google play, etc. Nothing works.
My A20e ask me to upgrade to Android11. I have not done that yet, at least I have one phone working.
Any suggestions?

@41Hawk: Which app are you experiencing this issue with, and do you get any errors or notifications when attempting to install it? It might be the case that the app in question isn't optimised for Android 11, so it's worth checking the description in the Play Store, or reaching out to the developers for clarification.
