Despite no changes to the environment where we charge our phones, an alarm is activated and an alert tells us to check our charger/USB port as moisture may be in it. This is happening to both our phones even when we use different chargers in different rooms.
Could this be a software problem, and is it happening to others?

What phone is it? To solve this, try wiping the cache partition on the phone and that should fix the problem. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition (phone name)' and you should find what you are looking for. Good luck! 😁
