Cannot use Jabra Engage 50 usb-c headset

Hi, I cannot use my Jabra Engage 50 usb-c headset with my A35 phone. The playback is extremely slowed down and distorted. This also happened with my previous A34.

Anyone know how to fix this please?

the same problem on my new Samsung A35 with Jabra Evolve2 40 mono USB-C.

On my second phone Samsung A41 and my coleague's phone Samsung S23 everything works correct.

The problem is only with the A35 / Jabra Evolve2 40 mono. Other USB-C headphones (AKG) work fine with the A35.
I haven't found any solution or possible cause yet. Can anyone help?
