Samsung a15 video not supported

Come to find out the person who's phone it is hasn't updated it now works fine

Hi, I am facing the same problem. everything was fine and working on my A15. but from the last 2 days. Whenever I open any Snapchat Streak video or any other video on my phone. it keeps saying the video codec is not supported. my update is up to date, but it kept saying this

I updated the software on the phone now it works fine
