Nfc greyed out

Any idea why my Nfc is greyed out?. There is no option to turn off/on it just don't work . It has worked up to this point and then suddenly stopped. I saw some posted about clearing cache but those settings don't seem to show on my a54 in any of the options 

Any ideas ?

Try wiping the cache partition

You will need to plug into a working device or pc/laptop.

You mean the cache for the nfc app ?? There is no option for nfc on the apps

No the phones cache partition. Follow the instructions in the link.
