I have a square card reader and it suddenly stopped working so I bought a new one which paired ok then stopped working. I've searched for advice and think I need to clear the bluetooth cache but it's greyed out on the screen, any advice ?

You cant clear the cache on bluetooth anymore.

Go to settings-general- reset- Bluetooth *note itll delete all connected- will need to re pair.

Test on another device- if still nothing contact square support
