As title says, the bluetooth connection to multiple devices is broken and cannot be established. It shows connecteded, but phone call audio is not going to car/headset. Also actively moving to bluetooth by selecting via button is not connecting anymore.

Hi! @DABer

Be sure to go to the Samsung Members community > support > feedback > include system logs (anonymous) to help Samsung be aware of and fix this issue. Be sure to check the forums for troubleshooting, but since it's multiple devices, it suggests something else.

Hello 👋 @DABer

What if any troubleshooting steps have you tried 🤔

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

If this is happening to multiple devices then the more feedback that Samsung get the more attention it'll receive in regards to a future update.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hello @BandOfBrothers ,

tried unparing and repairing. Turning on/off bluetooth. Nothing helped.
Sometimes it helps to go into flight mode and then turn it off again to get bluetooth connection.
In the forum I did not find anything to this recent issues.

It happens in my Volkswagen and to my Jabra bluetotth headset and to my garmin watch.

@DABer  Does resetting the Network connections make no difference,General Management-Reset-Reset Wifi and Bluetooth settings?     Aside from the other Troubleshooting you have tried also an idea to clear the cache parition.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

However you may need to send an Error  Report via Feedback as  suggested.

Thanks @JAMES4578  resetting Network is not an option as this would cause my company connection and wifi to get lost (major reinstallation).
But what did seem to solve it was doing a soft reset as Samsung suggested (power off and volume down for 7 secs together).

Thanks to you guys @JAMES4578 @BandOfBrothers

Thanks @johnz237 , reaching out to Samsung via Chat helped to do a soft reset. Good idea, appreciated.

I am also having problems since an update.
My phone will pair & connect to car phone but no sound! It keeps using the handset for calls. I have tried other cars too. I have done all the suggested things by Samsung.
* deleting & repairing
* turn off car Bluetooth & back on
* wiped cache partition
* soft reset

@CM27100 % the same behavour for my device

After a couple of days my issue also came back, still not resolved.
So I removed the solution via soft reset. Still wating for Samsung to fix it.
