As title says, the bluetooth connection to multiple devices is broken and cannot be established. It shows connecteded, but phone call audio is not going to car/headset. Also actively moving to bluetooth by selecting via button is not connecting anymore.

Hi, I'm just now reading through this thread, having found it because I'm experiencing the same issue with my Samsung a52s 5g. I am surprised the engineers can't just test this themselves. Many of the commenters have said that a soft reset only helps temporarily - this has been echoed by many people who have posted on the thread.
Where are error logs accessed?

Thanks Kholal, I already reportdes the issue via the Samsung Menbers app 4 weeks ago, nothing happend except for a kind reply that Samsung will get back at some point in time...
and as stated also by me before: a soft reset doesn't help...

I confirm that sw reset helps only for few hours, maybe 1 day. After that the problem returns.

Antoher week has passed since I uploaded the error log again, still status: forwarded to expert department.

I've upgrade to an A56 which has resolved the issue 😆

I think the most recent update might have fixed the issue: Security Patch April 1st 2025. Before updating, I wiped the cache partition. After the update, all bluetooth connections had to be reistablished by pairing. So Samsung appartenly reinitializes the connection in a correct way. Hopefully it keeps working...

"I wiped the cache partition", what and how did you manage ?
so far the latest update did not solve the issue at my end.
I have already submitted a ticket using the Samsung Members app but re-submitted 2 times because answer did not satisfy me
