Cannot turn off call forwarding

Hello I have galaxy a54. I accidentally set up cl forwarding but now I can't turn it off. I have tried all short codes and all of them say the same error as shown in the image below. Clicking "Turn off" on the number does not work either, as it gives me this message.

To turn off call forwarding on a Samsung Galaxy phone, you can do the following: 

Open the Phone app

Tap the More options icon (three dots)

Tap Settings

Scroll down to Supplementary Services

Tap Call forwarding from SIM1 or SIM2

Tap Voice Calls

Select Disable

Try open phones dialer and type ##002# press call wait for a bit and it should pop up disabling it

Have you turned on autoblocker in settings? If so turn it off

I haven't turned it on at all.

Try #21# and press call, see if that works at all.

 No. No short codes work, apparently...

I see you have two SIM cards. Switch the data to the one with which you have problems with redirection, then cancel the redirections.
