Cannot turn off call forwarding

Hello I have galaxy a54. I accidentally set up cl forwarding but now I can't turn it off. I have tried all short codes and all of them say the same error as shown in the image below. Clicking "Turn off" on the number does not work either, as it gives me this message.

I only use Samsung SmartSwitch to move across my gallery. 

I use Samsung Cloud to create my Backups @Vlad M

You can try safe mode and see if it works in there. Last thing you can do is factory reset but back up your data beforehand.

OK. I'm gonna try to reset the phone and use smart switch to move over photos and other files like my downloads folder.
