After the latest update my Bluetooth won't work with my sum up card reader, anyone know how I can fix this. ? I've tried all the resets and they don't work, the card reader is fine as installed it and tested it on an old phone.

@AJ100: To troubleshoot the issue, please start by pressing the Volume Down and Side Keys together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the device and address any temporary issues. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings. Now, head to Settings > Connections > Flight Mode, and toggle this off if applicable, followed by More connection settings > Nearby device scanning > On.

Following these steps, please head back to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Place a Bluetooth device in pairing mode by following the manufacturers instructions, and select it from the list of available devices to complete the connection. If you have already established a connection, tap the cog to the right of your card reader, select 'Unpair', toggle Bluetooth off, then on again, then run through the connection steps above. Let me know if this helps.

I use sum up and it does play up sometimes when the phone or app updates. If it's not picking up the card reader you can try clicking to add a new device in the sum up app and select your reader which should be re added to your sum up app and usually works. Make sure the apps are updated in Google play and check your card reader is updated too. Not sure which phone your using but if it has NFC enabled you can add sum up tap to your menu which lets your phone read the cards instead of using the card reader. Hope this helps
