Audio volume issues.

Hi all,

Just a quick question. Has anyone else experienced low volume when video calling on Messenger or WhatsApp? I sometimes get a message pop up after ending the call saying, "audio disabled in messenger", or something like that. Any idea's how i can sort this out, i have my volume on the highest setting, and can barely hear my sister! 🤔 Thanks in advance.

As stated, "audio disabled in messenger," but why?

@TetrusB: If you're only seeing the 'Audio disabled in Messenger' notification after ending a call, then this is likely to be in place to offer peace of mind that your mic and speakers are no longer being used by the call feature. When you're on a call, try pressing and holding the Volume Up button to increase the overall call volume. You may also wish to try heading to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume > Use Volume buttons for media > On > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Media volume limit > Off.

Thanks Andrew, i do use the volume buttons, and yes it is as high as it can go, but i'll follow the second set of instructions and let you know next time my sister face times me, it could be a while so don't be hanging around! 😂 👍🏻
