hiya after upgrading my wife's phone to oneUI7 i could not get it to recognize the USB cord to transfer pictures from phone to PC. my phone was fine before doing upgrade but then i too could not get phone to recognize USB. any ideas ? i have done countless trials with samsung help (all to no avail), they said it must be a one off but i am sure there are others with same problems, if so how did you solve this issue ? i am not tech savvy but can get by, cheers martyn
Settings-security and privacy then near the bottom there should be a setting called auto blocker. You may also need to enable USB debugging. To do this you go to settings-about phone- software information, Then tap build number approximately 7 times. It should then say something along the lines of you are a developer. Then go into settings-developer options and enable USB debugging.

hiya thanks for your reply,there was no setting called autoblocker, but i did do the usb debug which seems to have fixed the problem . I now have options in my drop down for file transfer etc which were not there before. many thanks
hiya it did solve the problem but now its back to square one, doesnt see the USB and nothing on the drop down screen, btw my wifes phone (A14) didnt even recognise the USB after doing all the things ,
